Starting his career by working at some of the nation’s largest and most prestigious marketing firms
(Young & Rubicam, McCann-Erickson, Foote Cone Belding), Les founded A.L.T. Advertising & Promotion, Inc.
as a means for providing businesses with strategic insight and guidance borne out of his Madison
Ave. experience. Since its founding, the agency has helped businesses nationwide obtain new clients,
cross-sell existing clients and justify higher rates.
Jean Arlene, Vice-President/Director of Public Relations
No one works harder than Jean at getting their clients ongoing exposure in the print and
broadcast media. Joining A.L.T. in 1994, Jean brings to the agency a unique perspective garnered
from over 20 years working in a diversity of industries.
A 1982 graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Jean held business positions in the health care
field prior to joining Kraft Dairy Group in a sales/marketing capacity in 1989.
Today, Jean is directly responsible for the public relations efforts of the agency’s vast clientele.
Her efforts have garnered “hits” on such media staples as CNN, ABC,The Wall Street Journal, NBC,
BBC, The New York Times, The Boston Globe, and The Philadelphia Inquirer in addition to the full
range of regional and trade media outlets.
William C. Heron, Senior Art Director
Bill comes to A.L.T. from Unisys where he served four years in a senior design capacity. Following
his graduation from the Art Institute of Philadelphia where he majored in Advertising Design
(with a specialization in graphic design), Bill enjoyed employment stints at Verizon and Crane Marketing.
Fluent in all of the major design and web development software, Bill’s broad range of skills
have been utilized on projects ranging from branding and corporate identity programs,
brochures, posters, advertising, direct mail, exhibit and signage, billboards, and web sites.
Bill has worked on such brand names as IBM, Temple University, PNC Bank, Toll Brothers, Sam’s Warehouse Club,
Jefferson Hospital, Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs, Fox Chase Cancer Society and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
